LISA LAMB

Lisa Lamb is a Co-founder and Managing Partner with LPG Development. Lisa oversees LPG’s residential development projects, including both single-family projects and large-scale multifamily projects. She has over 25 years of residential development and design experience and has played a critical role in the development of numerous luxury single-family homes and more than 200 units of multifamily housing. Lisa brings an outgoing and hands-on approach to design and development. Where other principals lean on consultants to review site conditions, Lisa is known to throw a hard hat on to personally inspect a construction site, making sure every detail is dialed in. Her well-honed interpersonal skills make her a joy to work with, which has translated into time-tested relationships with top brands in the market. After decades in the business, Lisa has built invaluable connections with the top architects, GCs, vendors, and consultants within the luxury residential sector. Prior to LPG, Lisa was a top-producing realtor in the San Francisco Peninsula submarket, where she developed a niche for marketing homes in the $10 million to $20 million range, making her one of only a handful of real estate experts who understand the ultra-luxury asset class. Outside the office, Lisa’s passion lies in spending time with her family. She is the proud mother of three children, as well as three rambunctious Goldendoodles.
